Lots of Changes

Since my last post there have been a lot of changes at the McJunkin household. Noah is now 8 1/2 months old and he is on the move! Yep that's right...he is crawling around everywhere. Not only is he crawling, but two days after he started, he decided that he would start standing up too! For some reason our son doesn't like to take things easy...he is all out all of the time. (Hopefully that isn't a sign of things to come.) Since he is mobile now we had to baby proof the house...there are so many things that I never thought of that someone so little can get into...and believe me he will find them. Noah likes to talk all of the time now...yes he said "Dada" first...it is his favorite thing to say. He loves to call the cat and dog too...although Elliott and Dusty are still a little too hard to say he sure does try. He also has 6 teeth already! I love it when he does something new but it also makes me a little sad because it is just going by too fast.

Noah's first Halloween was pretty mellow. (Pictures coming soon.) He dressed up as a monkey (the cutest one I have ever seen) and we bought lots of candy to give to trick-or-treaters. The night didn't go quite as planned...Noah didn't really enjoy the "monkey suit" and we didn't get a single visitor. Oh well...we still got some cute pictures of the little monkey and now we have enough candy to last us until next year.

We can't wait until Thanksgiving and Christmas! Having Noah has truly been a blessing...he makes this time of year so much more fun and meaningful. We can't wait to share the holidays with all of our friends and family! Happy Holidays!!

Enjoy the pictures and videos of Noah over the past few months.

I had solids for the first time and I really liked it!

My first tooth...and there is already a second one in there that you can barely see.

My first trip to the ocean (OBX)...the water was really cold but I didn't mind a bit.

Fan Appreciation Day at Death Valley...Go Tigers!

My Daddy is really funny!

My first day crawling...I am really proud of myself.
